LE CLOS DES SOURCES IS A BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED STONE FARM HOUSE, IS SITUATED IN THE HEART OF RURAL GERS, BETWEEN FLEURANCE, LECTOURE AND Saint CLAR. JUST OVER AN HOURS DRIVE FROM TOULOUSE AIRPORT AND ONLY AN HOUR AND A HALF FROM BERGERAC, THE HOUSE IS SET ENTIRELY IN ITS OWN GROUNDS OF 1.5 HECTARES WITH A LONG PRIVATE DRIVEWAY AND CAN ACCOMMODATE 8-12 PEOPLE.

Although not far from local villages and towns, with the shops and markets close by, the house and grounds are set apart, flanked by mature Oak and Walnut trees, and provide privacy and solitude.

The romantic ambience makes this a wonderful place for couples and friends but it’s also perfect for families with baby-friendly equipment and plenty of outdoor games for all ages.

The house sleeps up to 8/12 people. Satellite TV, telephone and wifi are there for guests to use.

We provide a  well-equipped kitchen with plenty of work surface space, a central marble topped island, and a separate pantry.

There are two large living rooms, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two bedrooms that share a large family bathroom. 

You have a separate building with a games room and summer kitchen. A large heated swimming pool adjoins the summer kitchen. A barbecue is provided and there are several outside eating areas.

THE LITTLE VILLAGE OF SAINT CLAR IS NEARBY WITH ITS WEEKLY MARKET; MAKE SURE YOU PICK UP SOME OF THE LOCAL WHITE GARLIC IN SEASON FROM JULY ONWARDS. THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO IN THIS BEAUTIFUL, RURAL PART OF GASCONY; CYCLING, GOLF, HORSE-RIDING AND HIKING, NOT FORGETTING SOME FANTASTIC WINE TASTING IN THIS GRAND ARMAGNAC REGION.

As well as the nearby market towns of Fleurance and Lectoure, the city of Auch can be reached in under an hour and three of France’s Plus Beaux Villages, Fourcès, Larressingle and Montréal du Gers, can be easily visited by car.
